Return Items

Sealed/Unopened Items (***Excluding Batteries***)

Items that are sealed, unopened, and undamaged can be shipped back at the customer's expense within 14 days of purchase. To process your return, please present your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total return amount. If shipping is required, the customer is responsible for the associated costs.

Opened Items

Unfortunately, items that have been opened or activated cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is non-functional due to a manufacturer defect, you can request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Our staff will assess the item to confirm if it qualifies as a manufacturer defect.

Li-Po/Li-Ion Batteries and Other Rechargeable Batteries

This policy applies only to batteries without a built-in charge controller or current/voltage regulation device. Batteries equipped with such controllers fall under the standard return policy mentioned above. If a battery is found to be dead on arrival (D.O.A.) within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Please note that damages resulting from improper charging or storage are not eligible for refunds.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale; no returns will be accepted.
